What to Expect

Cancellation Policy

In an effort to accommodate unforeseen client emergencies and scheduling flexibility, cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment time. Absent an adequate cancellation, scheduled appointments may be billed. We regret having to bill anyone for an appointment they were unable to make. However, we understand that emergencies can and do come up and hope that this policy will afford our clients flexibility in their schedules.

Health Information

In order to ensure optimal treatment and to accommodate special needs, some treatments may require a basic skin information background, such as history and sensitivity with past treatments and skin products. You will be notified of any required information prior to booking your appointment.

Sanitation

At Serenity Day Spa, we maintain the highest standards in sanitation and safety. If you have any special concerns feel free to discuss them with us. Our technicians maintain all universal precautions necessary and use only the finest methods in sterilization. We encourage all clients to ask any questions or concerns they may have about any of our procedures.

Late Arrivals

Please make every attempt to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Unless special arrangements have been made, extensions to your originally scheduled time may not be available. An un-rushed treatment is best for all parties concerned. If you are late, you will still be responsible for the full service fee.

Settling Your Account

All charges are requested at time of service. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. We’re sorry, but we do not accept Spa Finder Gift cards.
